No Return & Non-Cancellation Policy
At Zero Surge, every product is carefully tested and inspected prior to shipment to ensure the highest level of performance, safety, and reliability. Because we exclusively sell factory-new products, all sales are final.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns
Our products are electrical devices that must meet strict quality and safety standards. Once a product leaves our facility, any returned item would require:
• Complete electrical retesting
• Safety reinspection
• Cosmetic evaluation
• Repackaging and recertification as new inventory
These procedures are labor-intensive and cost prohibitive, and they prevent us from guaranteeing that a returned item meets the same standards as a factory-new product. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Orders Are Final
All orders placed through our website are non-cancelable and non-returnable once shipped.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
